Community & Customer Support Specialist (CS & Public Relations) - Torrance, CA

Pixio Team is looking for a new Customer/Public Relationship Social Media specialist who is seeking to work for a fast growing, E-Commerce based company.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain brand-related online conversations via Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms and channels.

- Deliver timely and accurate responses to community questions and requests across all online platforms.

  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:

- Use of social listening habits to capture community interactions and buzz around the gaming industry and our brand. - Generate daily content (original text, images, video, etc.) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. - Design and creating new posts and scheduling daily feeds.

  • Customer Service, Support & RMA

- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the end-user needs. -Deliver timely and accurate responses to community questions and requests across all online platforms. - Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of: efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure adherence to process to maintain accuracy of communication and quality of marketing outputs.

  • Manage solid relationships across reviewer and social media partners in order to ensure brand understanding, more effectively sell ideas

  • Collaborate with Sales Team and Shipping Team to prepare, forecast new/old products to meet deadlines across all corresponding e-commerce platforms.

Skill and Knowledge Qualifications

  • A strong passion for gaming.

  • Knowledge and experience in social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook etc)

  • Image creating and editing for social media

  • Hashtag editing, copywriting and copyediting

  • Detail oriented, organized with excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Possesses positive attitude with all others with great communication skills

  • Self-confident, strong work ethic, result driven, self-motivated, able to work independently.

  • Positive, Persistent, Hands on, energetic, organized and team player.

  • Holds at least U.S. legal resident (U.S. permanent resident) or U.S. citizen)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Photoshop, Adobe and Google Apps

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior marketing or customer experience in the gaming industry a plus.

  • Preferably experience in E-Commerce and Online Retail business

Job Type

  • Full-time (9:30AM-6:30PM and 1hour lunch break)
