How to update your monitor's firmware

  1. Download the firmware zip file.

  2. Unzip .bin file into a blank USB drive.

  3. Insert USB with firmware into the back of the monitor's USB port.

  4. Open OSD Menu by pressing M

  5. Navigate to Other Settings-> Firmware Update then press M to confirm.

  6. Avoid any other input while firmware updates and the monitor will reboot with the latest firmware.

If you have any trouble with the step or need further assistance, please contact us.

Incorrect application of a firmware update can damage your monitor.

Some models of monitors will not receive firmware updates.

***PLEASE DO NOT UPDATE THE FIRMWARE FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL THAN THE ONES LISTED BELOW FOR THAT SPECIFIC FIRMWARE.
