Note: MPRT is automatically disabled when brightness is adjusted while MPRT is active. This is expected behavior based on current OSD logic.

    HDR (High Dynamic Range)

    - Brightness
    - Contrast
    - Black Equalizer

    • Even if changes are made through DDC/CI software, they will not reflect on the OSD interface.

    DCR (Dynamic Contrast Ratio)

    • DDC/CI ON and DCR ON, both Brightness and Contrast become grayed out in software.
    • RGB settings can still be adjusted normally.

    Preset Modes & DDC/CI

    • User), the OSD will automatically switch back to the User preset.

    Overdrive Behavior

    • Overdrive is set to “Balance”:
    • At refresh rates below 120Hz, it behaves the same as Overdrive Off.
    • At refresh rates above 120Hz, it functions like Overdrive Low.

Update Instructions

Before Your Start

Firmware updates are not required for most users.

Only install an update if:

  • You are experiencing a specific issue
  • Pixio support has recommended it

Before downloading, confirm that the firmware matches your monitor's SKU number. Installing incorrect firmware may cause issues with your device.

Updating firmware incorrectly or interrupting the process may also cause issues.

Download & Update Instructions
  1. After clicking "Download Firmware," a "MERGE.bin" file will download. Use this file for the firmware update.
  2. Before transferring the file, format your USB drive to FAT32.
  3. Place only one .bin file in the root directory of the USB drive. Do not include any other .bin files.
  4. If you see the message "No update files found on your USB device. Please check your USB device and try again," this may be due to the following reasons:A USB drive is not connected to the USB portThe files on the USB drive are in an incompatible formatThere are no valid update files on the USB drive (no update files saved, or the file name is incorrect)
  5. Do not turn off your monitor until the update is complete. Avoid any interruptions during the process. If an update is interrupted, the monitor will generally revert to the previous firmware version.
  6. If your screen blinks green during the USB update while using a DVI-HDMI converter, this is normal and not a monitor defect. The update is proceeding as expected — wait until it is complete.
